Assassin’s Creed 3 PC will launch 1 month later than the console versions

Posted By | On 10th, Aug. 2012

Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed 3 PC version will launch a few weeks later on November 23rd. The console versions are scheduled to be released on October 31st on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

It will also be a Wii U launch game but Nintendo has not confirmed the consoles release date yet. It is expected to launch this November in time for holidays in the US. PC delay for Assassin’s Creed 3 isn’t surprising to say the least, because Ubisoft has almost always delayed their games on that platform.

Set against the backdrop of the American Revolution in the late 18th century, Assassin’s Creed III introduces a new hero, Ratohnhaké:ton, of Native American and English heritage.

Adopting the name Connor, he becomes the new voice for justice in the ancient war between the Assassins and Templars. Players become an Assassin in the war for liberty against ruthless tyranny in the most stylized and fluid combat experiences in the franchise to date.
