Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer Showcases Batmobile Gameplay

Batman and guns? Er...

Batman: Arkham Knight has been delayed into 2015, unfortunately, but we still got some sweet gameplay footage of the Batmobile during Sony’s E3 media briefing. This is along with the overall open world of the game which showcases a massive Gotham City in all its atmospheric glory. Check it all out above.

In the trailer, we get a look at how the Batmobile functions when in travel mode and how it transitions into weapons mode. The Batmobile will be able to use homing missiles and a gatling gun (please don’t ask us why Batman uses guns, by the way. Just don’t) in weapons mode along with strafing left and right to effectively avoid return fire. Near the end, Scarecrow makes his appearance and presence known as the Big Bad of Arkham Knight.

Batman: Arkham Knight will also be releasing for Xbox One and PC when it comes out next year. Thoughts? Let us know below.
