2K Games has offered more information about Battleborn, its upcoming FPS/MOBA en route to its open beta in April, and that includes PC system requirements.

Much like previous Gearbox titles, you won’t need to worry too much about the capability of your system. The minimum system requirements actually match the recommended requirements in terms of CPU, OS and RAM. An Intel i5-750 or AMD Phenom IIx4 945, 6 GB of RAM and Windows 7 64-bit or later will be required along with DirectX 11 and PhysX support.

The only real outliers are the HDD space and VRAM. A minimum of 30 GB is required while a massive 50 GB is recommended. An AMD HD 6870 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 is required at minimum with 1 GB of VRAM while an AMD HD 7850 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or better with 2 GB VRAM is recommended.

Battleborn won’t support 4K resolution at launch but Gearbox is “actively investigating” the same for later on. The open beta starts on April 8th for PS4 while Xbox One and PC get it on April 13th. The game itself is out this May so stay tuned for more information.
