Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

A new patch for Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is out and features some much demanded changes from fans.

The HBRa3 assault rifle, originally seen as one of the better guns at launch, has had its max damage range buffed. The same applies for the Tac-19 shotgun which also has reduced shell spread when using Gung-Ho. The AE4 energy assault rifle and EPM 3 both have reduced recoil with the former having more shots before overheating.

Most importantly, Sledgehammer has nerfed the impact of the System Hack scorestreak. Along with adjusting the score value, the “skull HUD element” has also been removed in order to increase visibility for players.

You can read about all the other changes the patch adds by heading here. The patch arrives just as the new Havoc DLC has released. What are your thoughts on either? Let us know in the comments.
