There are a ton of ideas that make Call of Duty work and work well. But there seem to be a growing number of concerns that seem to keep Activision’s brightest franchise on a downward spiral. From unbalanced weapons, to bringing characters back to life for no reason, it’s time for Activision to start taking players’ concerns into consideration.

Getting out there and making sure Black Ops III is a great game is more important now than ever to get this one right. So here are 15 things that we don’t want to see make it into the game. Not all things we don’t want are from Black Ops 2. Some have come and gone from other Call of Duty games that we just don’t want to return ever.

Don’t Ghost There!

What’s been occurring more often in later Call of Duty? A terrible story. Even though new CoD games are getting a three year treatment from concept to completion, it seems as though in that time the story is immediately thrown out the window. A first casualty of war… err, game making. Either way, we don’t want Black Ops III to dip into irrelevance as Ghost did.
