The Eclipse DLC for Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is now available for Xbox One and PC. It weighs at 7.92 GB and comes with four new maps for multiplayer along with a new level for Zombies.
The new maps include Spire, Rift, Knockout and Verge. Verge is the most interesting since it’s a remake of Bonzai from Call of Duty: World at War. The Zombies campaign level is called Zetsubou no Shima and continues the Origins storyline involving Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen and Takeo. New zombie types, including some wicked plant hybrids, exist to be slain with new weapons, traps and much more.
You can purchase the DLC for $15 or simply invest in the Black Ops 3 Season Pass to receive all four map packs (including the first pack Awakening) for $50. Both map packs arrived on PS4 first as part of Sony’s timed exclusivity agreement with Activision. Along with Xbox One and PC, the map packs also arrived on Xbox 360 and PS3.
