Call of Duty: Ghosts – Gold Edition Appears in Digital Storefronts

Feels kind of unnecessary.

Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Ghosts will be receiving a Gold Edition by the looks of it as listings for the same have appeared for Xbox One, Steam for PC and PSN for PS3 and PS4. The package is currently listed as having the original game, the Onslaught DLC and the Wolf skin to replace your guard dog killstreak in multiplayer, all for $59.99. The entire download measures roughly 40.77 GB.

Activision hasn’t officially confirmed the same though, but expect an exact confirmation to be out shortly – though the Xbox One listing currently has a release date of November 22nd 2013 on it. So when exactly it will be out this year is a good question indeed.

There’s also the matter of other DLC having yet to release for Call of Duty: Ghosts. Does it really make sense to have a Gold Edition with only one DLC pack and some Wolf skins? Heck, even the Personalization packs released several weeks ago aren’t featured. What are your thoughts on the same? Let us know below.
