Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is finally out tomorrow and if you’re keen on the game but not a fan of the futuristic shenanigans, there are ways around it. At least in private matches.

According to a Reddit user who received an early copy, it’s possible to enable and disable several different gameplay options. You can turn off double-jumping, wallrunning, scorestreaks, payloads and whatnot. It’s also possible to activate a mode where only headshots can kill.

The obvious theory then is that there will be some kind of playlist, similar to those seen in Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfare, that will feature classic boots-on-the-ground Call of Duty gameplay without the high-tech movements. Expect that to happen even if it’s sometime after launch.

Or, you know, just get the Legacy Edition and play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered when both titles release on November 4th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

So they have added a no skill required mode for multiplayer. How nice of them.

It’s funny that the completely stole the movement mechanics from Titanfall but it’s too complex for the average COD addict so they needed an option to disable it lol.
