Crysis 2 PC patch will fix multiplayer problems

Crytek are already hard at work on a patch for the PC version of Crysis 2 that will end the problems some users are having with multiplayer key code.

Apparently some users have reported having problems entering their code that enables multiplayer in the game. Users have reported getting a message stating “This key is already is use.”

Though they haven’t suggested when the patch will be available, Crytek have offered a work around in the meantime.

– Go to multiplayer and type in your key
– Navigate back to Single Player
– Go back into multiplayer and re-enter your key

Simples.

Thanks to CVG for the info.

Well this is a lil convinient but not that bad. The Homefront situation is dramatically worse. I can’t even play MP w/o my 360 freezing as the game boots up. I am done w/ all the campaign stuff so my game is a coaster til they patch it.

i expect a ps3 patch on the way, the MP is laggy and just not smooth, plus the killing is random, based on luck.

Think ur rite since what happened w/ the demo. The game was prolly pressed up by then so there is no way they could’ve fixed it. Sure they r workin on it now.

well they better hurry up. i’m this close to selling it. it frustrated me.

Lol. I can’t understand ur frustration. I kinda feel the same way bout Homefront @ the moment. I think ur game will b worth hangin onto tho dude.

Honestly that workaround is so simple & easy I wonder y they r even bothering 2 go 2 the trouble of releasing a patch.
