Destiny Weekly Reset: Undying Mind With Match Game, Trickle and Berserk is Nightfall

Aka "Why lord why".

Destiny

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny. That’s the good news – the bad news is what it’s brought with the Nightfall.

The Nightfall this week is The Undying Mind on Meridian Bay, Mars. The modifiers include Epic (enemies are heavily shielded and greater in number), Berserk (enemies won’t flinch), Match Game (enemy shields resistant to all except the corresponding element’s damage), Trickle (recharge rate of abilities is reduced significantly) and Brawler (Guardian melee damage is increased greatly).

Overall, considering the sheer number of majors in the Strike, one has to wonder if this isn’t overdoing the challenge just a tad, especially when the rewards are fairly paltry at the end of the day.

You can check out this week’s bounties from Arcite 99-40, Lord Shaxx and Petra Venj here if you’re interested. Information is still pending on this week’s Court of Oryx Tier 3 boss so stay tuned for that. What are your thoughts on the Nightfall though? Let us know in the comments.
