Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen Trailer: Sorceror on a Rampage

Because he can.

A new trailer for Capcom’s expansion Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen has been released, showcasing the Sorceror class and its contribution to taking on various enemies like the Poisoned Undead and Banshees along with facing off against the daunting Gold and Silver Knights.

Of course, the Sorceror more than holds his own in the fight with fireballs, a spectacular Lightning Whip ability, friggin’ hovering and miniature meteors colliding down on his opponents.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is scheduled to release exclusively for PlayStation 3 in North America on April 23rd and in Europe on April 26th, retailing for $40 in the former. It will have the complete original game, though those who want to get straight to the expansion can use their old saves without any problem.

There will be plenty of new content that apparently warrants playing the original again, including a new difficulty mode and Japanese voices so stay tuned to see if it’s worth it.
