PSM3 recently teased that their will be another famous PS exclusive trilogy that will get an HD makeover on PS3, and that it will be announced at E3 in June.

“The current trend of classic games being remade in HD like Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia is set to continue with a major PS franchise set to reveal its new HD glory at E3,” teased the magazine. “No clues. But you’ll like it.”

Considering the month old rumours regarding a Metal Gear Solid Trilogy in HD, is that going to be the announcement we’re waiting for? Only time will tell.

Thanks to VG247 for the info.

HD remake of the MGS trilogy would actually suck. I would MUCH rather get an entire do over of the trilogy, I know that would take MUCH more time, but does anyone remember Resident Evil on GameCube??? two words….HOLY SHIT! that game was awesome. They need to do something like that instead of these little small ports. MGS3 would look INSANE with the MGS 4 engine! Aqua Out!!
