Last year, the FIFA Ultimate Team Legends content was exclusive to the Xbox One- that was back when EA believed Microsoft’s Xbox One would dominate the generation. They announced a lot of exclusive games and content for Microsoft’s box back then- FIFA Ultimate Team Legends, as outlined above, Titanfall (which was also announced for Xbox 360 and PC), and Plants vs Zombies 2, among other things.

Of course, the position has now changed, and EA now seems to be more favorable towards Sony, and their PlayStation 4, ever since it became clear that it would be the console to beat this time around. So it comes as somewhat of a surprise to see that Microsoft is again getting FIFA Ultimate Team Legends exclusively this year as well.

Ultimate Team Legends, of course, is an addition that allows players collect legendary stars of football throughout its history for Ultimate Team mode.

FIFA 15 will be launching later this year for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and PC.

It will be frustrating to FIFA gamers on PS4 because former head of Xbox Peter Moore now VP of EA has refused to give the content to both consoles. Peter will continue to do this because of his close ties to MS. The people who it hurts are PS4 FIFA gamers and that is sad. Oh, if you look at FIFA’s biggest market EU/UK it’s overwhelming PS4 and PS3 dominance. MS is getting beat down in Europe and UK and it will continue. Remember PS3 was the king of sales in EU and it will continue. Only in UK an US/Canada did MS have dominance with the Xbox 360. Now PS4 is dominating all regions mentioned and will continue this generation.
