Grand Theft Auto 5 Is Probably Receiving A New Story Based Expansion Pack

Already huge game looks to be getting bigger.

GTA 5 Xbox One 24It appears that the already massive world of Grand Theft Auto 5 is going to get bigger. A hint from motion capture actor Shawn Fonteno seems to indicate that there might be some new story based content coming soon. The man who played Franklin in GTA 5 posted a picture of himself on Instagram in a MoCap suit in front of a Grand Theft Auto poster. The picture included the caption, “Shhhh…..YALL KNOW WHY I GOT THIS SUIT ON.

That has the Internet buzzing about the game finally getting some DLC two years after it was first released. One has to think that at least some other members of the original cast will be joining this DLC, if that is why Fonteno was posting the picture. Of course, Rockstar hasn’t made any sort of comment about why this photo was taken or why the actor was doing motion capture. Maybe the company is starting work on Grand Theft Auto 6? It seems unlikely that the company would let a voice actor spoil that bit of news but stranger things have happened.

Until we get some confirmation about a new GTA 5 expansion, we’ll just have to make do with the massive nature of the game all on its own. The massive number of mods that have been released for the PC version will keep people plenty busy as well. And then of course, there is the massive open world, complete with heists that you can play when using Grand Theft Auto Online.
