GTA 5 PC

A new GTA 5 patch that was geared towards fixing a number of mistakes in the more recently released PC version of the popular game has unfortunately disabled all mods. This development is quite unfortunate, considering that there are all kinds of different mods out there that make playing the game on the PC a truly unique experience.

Obviously, Rockstar is more concerned with making the game playable, so one can forgive them if they decided being able to modify the game was secondary. Luckily for GTA 5 PC players, one industrious YouTuber has already come up with a workaround that will allow the patch to fix the issues that were so annoying, while still bringing back additions to the game like the zombie apocalypse.

Taltigolt has posted a video online that will show anyone who wants to continue to access mods the way they can do it while still installing the new patch. Some people have come up with brand new weapons, as well as different kinds of cars and even changed up the physics of the game. No matter what kind of modifications you might prefer, there is likely something out there for you. That makes the ability to actually use this workaround worth its weight in gold.

This is also good news when it comes to other GTA 5 patches for the PC because it seems to indicate that workarounds will be easily discoverable should those mods once against get disabled with future releases. Check out the video below and tell us if it worked for you.
