ArenaNet’s Guild Wars 2 has been one of the more successful commercial MMORPGs in recent memory – and it’s only going to get better according to game director Colin Johanson who provided a little preview as to what we could expect from the game for the remaining half of the year.

Some of those new features include a two week release schedule, new skills and traits, progression advancement, a new Crafting tier and new World versus World and PvP features.

In a comprehensive post, Johanson stated that, “In January, we talked about where we wanted Guild Wars 2 to go in 2013. We’re a little over halfway through the year, and we felt it was time to give you an update on where we stand, where we’re going, and discuss in more detail some of the systems you’ll see in the second half of 2013”.

The next update arriving for Guild Wars 2 is Cutthroat Politics, for which more information can be discovered here.
