Here Are Brand New Screenshots of Super Smash Bros. For You To Drool Over

HYPE.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, launching later this year, might just be Nintendo’s most hyped game in a while. Nintendo themselves are acutely aware of the mass hysteria the release of a new Smash Bros. game generates, and they seem to be handling their marketing pretty adeptly (for a change).

Today, they released brand new screenshots of the game, both for the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U versions, showing us lots of fighting going on on the revealed stages so far. The screenshots mostly seem to highlight the characters that were revealed as playable earlier this week- Robin, Lucina, and Captain Falcon- so players who’ve been wanting to know more of how these characters fight can now pore over these screens to figure it out.

Super Smash Bros. launches on the Nintendo 3DS this October, with the Wii U release slated for later this holiday season. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
