Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix Jump Festa Trailer Released, Showcases Familiar Faces

Finally, Kingdom Hearts has come to the PS3.

Okay, so it’s not necessarily Kingdom Hearts 3, the game that would probably shift another million or so PS3 consoles upon releasing. But this HD update of the classic Kingdom Hearts and the Gameboy Advance’s Chain of Memories from Square Enix is still pretty awesome, as the latest Jump Festa trailer showcases.

New faces and old are showcased in the trailer, as Sora, Donald and Goofy travel through Disney-inspired universes to keep the fabled Kingdom Hearts from falling into darkness. They’ll battle Heartless, Organization XIII, famous Disney villains and much more on their quest – not to mention Sora’s own friend Riku. Of course, it’s also a journey to get home and be reunited with Kairi. Conflict galore all around, even if the trailer is in Japanese.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix is currently scheduled to release on March 14th 2013 for Playstation 3 in Japan, with North American and European release dates to be announced.
