Overwatch Beta Returns on February 9th

A new progression system, two new maps and much more to look forward to.

Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch beta was delayed from January to February and it now has a solid release – February 9th. If you never took part in the beta before then you can sign up here since it’s taking new participants. Previous beta players will gain automatic access. Pre-ordering the game will also provide immediate access to play.

Along with the long-awaited progression system, the Overwatch closed beta will bring balances for heroes, A.I. heroes to Private matches, two new maps and a new mode as well which have yet to be revealed. There’s plenty to look forward to and we can’t wait so keep your eyes open next week.

Overwatch will be releasing some time in Q1/Q2 of 2016 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Thus far, we’ve already gotten a look at the game’s various heroes. How will the progression system pan out? Stay tuned for more information on the same and let us know what you think of the beta in the comments.
