Overwatch PTR Update Nerfs Ana and Orisa, Buffs Sombra

Is Ana still viable?

Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch has received an update on the Public Test Realm server, bringing several hero changes to the forefront. But really, this is the update where Ana has been severely nerfed.

As per the official patch notes, Ana’s damage has been decreased from 80 to 60, her Biotic Grenade’s damage has been reduced from 60 to 30 and the healing from the grenade impacting a player has been reduced from 100 to 50.

Then there’s Orisa, who’s Fusion Driver gun has had the magazine size reduced from 200 to 150. The cost of her Ultimate “Supercharger” has also been increased by 15 percent.

Other than that, it’s buffs all around. Junkrat can no longer be hurt by his own explosions; Sombra’s stealth effects and call-outs now have a range of 15 meter while Translocator’s cooldown has gone from 6 to 4 seconds; and Zenyatta’s Orb of Discord can now target enemies through barriers.
