Overwatch Summer Games

With the latest patch for Blizzard’s Overwatch, it’s the Summer Games and that means lots of different things. Along with new Loot Boxes that contain various Summer Games items like sprays, victory poses, highlight intros, player icons, special skins, emotes and much more. These Loot Boxes can’t be purchased with currency though but each Loot Box will provide at least one Summer Games item.

That’s not all. A new event is also live called Lucioball which sees teams of three taking each other on in Estádio das Rãs. Lucio is obviously the main pick here and you’ll essentially be playing a futuristic version of Soccer/Football with jump pads, walls with speed boosting and even different mechanics for Lucio to control the ball.

The new Summer Games content for Overwatch will be live until August 22nd so get it until then. What are your thoughts on all the new stuff? Let us know in the comments.
