Overwatch’s Public Test Realm Finally Gets Doomfist

Amusingly enough, he is not voiced by Terry Crews.

Doomfist has been teased and expected by the Overwatch community for such a long time, that his release in the game’s Public Test Realm today feels not like a surprise, but an inevitability. So there- if you play on the PTR, you can now finally play as Doomfist (and you can stop incessantly discussing the character to death).

But– and this is actually amusing- Terry Crews, who has long been expected to voice the character (fans and even Crews himself have been requesting Blizzard to have him voice the character) is actually not the voice of Doomfist after all.

As for how he plays- he’s an offensive character decked with all sorts of cybernetic capabilities. Players who prefer aggressive play will probably find him to their liking greatly. Are you one of them? Let us know in the comments section, and be sure to watch two videos introducing the character below for yourself.
