Pokemon Sun and Moon Will Be Showcased At E3

So Nintendo isn't just bringing Zelda to E3 after all.

Pokemon Sun and Moon 3

When Nintendo announced their plans for E3 this year, there was a lot of outcry- the company was choosing to skip on bringing its upcoming Nintendo NX console to the show, after all, and to add insult to injury, they would also only be showing off the upcoming Legend of Zelda game.

Not bringing the NX to E3 even makes a perverse kind of sense, if you really want to wrest some logic out of the situation- but why in the world were Nintendo only choosing to showcase Zelda? Why not show off any of the other high profile upcoming games for the remainder of the year that they have? Such as Pokemon Sun and Moon, which are hitting the Nintendo 3DS in November this year?

It turns out that they either changed their mind, or they lied, because Pokemon Sun and Moon will be showcased at E3 by Nintendo after all- they will be shown off during the Treehouse Live segments, the same as The Legend of Zelda (Nintendo does not have anything resembling a traditional show this year). So there you go, everyone- Nintendo are not completely stupid. They will still be showcasing their biggest game of the year at E3.
