Port Royale 3: Pirates & Merchants finally sees the release of the new Harbour Master DLC on the Xbox Live Marketplace for a paltry 400 Microsoft Points. As with any good DLC (zing!), this one adds new buildings, objects, an economic advisor of all things and more.

Harbour Master allows players to diversify their desires to be either a merchant or an adventurer even further. There are six new building types including an embassy, fire department and more, and the economic advisor actually does give some good advice from time to time.

But what would the title “harbour master” be if for not the ability to build your own ships? To that end, you also gain more control over the defense of city lines. What this should mean for a merchant who would have no penchant for fighting is anyone’s guess, but hey, they weren’t gonna last long anyway, right? Check it out today.
