Project X Zone Launch Trailer Released: Blast Off Into Crossover Land

Characters from Sega, Namco Bandai and Capcom team up to fight.

The launch trailer for Project X Zone, developed by Banpresto and Monolith Soft, has been released as the game goes on retail in North America for the Nintendo 3DS. Check it, and all the bombastic action it contains, out above.

Project X Zone sees characters from Namco Bandai, Capcom and Sega taking part in a massive crossover, where you traverse the world from an isometric perspective and fight against enemies in a 2D fighter style with team-ups, special attacks and combos.

Characters from franchises like XenoSaga, Tales of Vesperia, Street Fighter, Mega Man X, Mega Man Legends, dotHack, Resonance of Fate, Rival Schools, Space Channel 5 and many, many more make an appearance, either as main fighters or support characters.

The game is currently available in North America and will launch in Australia on July 4th and in Europe on July 5th for the Nintendo 3DS.
