Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six: Siege will be receiving some another Season Pass for this year, thus beginning Season 2 in the tactical multiplayer shooter’s series of content. We know now that the first Operation in this season will be Velvet Shell and it will be showcased on the final day of the Six Invitational tournament.

The tournament begins on February 3rd, 10 AM EST to 3 PM GMT with the PC and Xbox One quarter finals. Semi-finals will be held on February 4th from 10 AM EST to 3 PM GMT and the finals on February 5th at 10 AM EST to 3 PM GMT. During this time, Velvet Shell will be demoed live.

Two new Operators from Spain will also be included with the DLC but it remains to be seen if they’ll be showcased at the tournament. As it stands, the new map is free for everyone while the two new Operators can be purchased with in-game currency. Alternatively, if you own the Season Pass, you receive access to them immediately (and two weeks earlier than everyone else).
