Saints Row 4 already in development

Posted By | On 16th, May. 2012

Thanks to our inbox-nuking friends at LinkedIn and the power of Twitter, it appears Saints Row 4 is in development for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, PC and next-gen consoles.

David Payne’s profile, the lead prop & weapon artist for Volition, states Saints Row 4 as a ‘current’ project.

Another THQ/Volition employee, Ariel Gross’s profile mentions the ‘mysterious next generation of consoles’, both of these listings were spotted by supererogatory on Twitter.

Saints Row 4 was already publicly announced THQ core games head Danny Bilson, these listings suggest that development is further along than previously thought.

“I already know what Saints Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one… it’s a good example of how you take what you have and you say, ‘What can happen in the next?'”

The news comes ahead of the upcoming Saints Row: The Third expansion Enter the Dominatrix.
