Shadow of Mordor Receives A Story Trailer, Release Date And Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

Bonuses include leaderboards and a challenge mode.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Monolith Productions have confirmed that Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will release on 7th October 2014. The game will be made available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Along with the release date, the developers also revealed pre-order bonus content for the game.

Titled, The Dark Ranger, this exclusive bonus pack consists of a custom skin, a new challenge mode, and online leaderboards. Players can get access to Dark Ranger Character Skin which the developers describes as something that showcases ‘Talion’s darker side.”

Along with new content, the developers have also released a brand new story trailer which showcases the return of Sauron’s army to Mordor. The video shows the attack on the Black Gate and the beginning of Talion’s mission for revenge.
