Microsoft has been busy trying to make sure that Xbox One has no problems for the members of the preview program, and has released a new update. The update which is numbered as xb_rel_1507.150623-2200 mainly focuses on fixing issues regards multiplayer and the recently announced backwards compatibility for the Xbox One.

Please note that this update is only for members that have access to the preview program. The patch notes which you can check out below were posted by Emily Hanson who is the program manager of this initiative. Another point to keep in mind is that these updates will not be available to the general public before holidays later this year.

What are your thoughts on the constant stream of improvements to the Xbox One? Do you think Microsoft is doing a good job? Let us know in the comments section below and stay tuned for more news and updates.

  • That’s what I’m talking about.

All I can say is bring out some more games for us to test this on. Biggest issue I have seen so far is Party Chat Not working when using the 360 games.

    • Mark

Yeah hopefully it’ll be really polished by time us non preview guys get access.

    • Mikado_Wu

It is not in bad shape right now. Got all my friends on it now, just need the games to test the features.

Maybe if Microsoft didn’t release such a lagy piece of sh*t to begin with, the PS4 would be destroying them as much, and Microsoft wouldn’t be “hard at work”.

Was it really hard work to unbundle Kinect or to put AA batteries in the controller.

PSN is now far better than Xbox Live.

    • This Guy

Wow, nice tr0lling there. The dashboard performance has absolutely nothing to do with the PS4’s lead.

Maybe if you weren’t such a crying little lying misinforming b*tch you wouldn’t need to get all butth*rt and damage control for a company that really doesn’t care about you (though they are happy a mutt like you is giving them money).

Was it really hard to work on getting an education? Guess so because instead you decided to work on a basement talking out of your a$$ on the internet so you could feel special. Aww poor little XbotMK1.

“PSN is now far better than Xbox Live.” To bad that’s not a fact but if it helps you sleep at night then say what you want. 🙂

PSN is no where near as good as Xbox Live. Nice try though…. Signed PS4 + X1 owner.

I think you are telling the wrong person.

      “The PS4 wouldn’t be destroying them”….fixed.

    • Mark Coull

Haha.. PSN is crap! Always has downtime and takes double the time when newly released games come out to download. What are you smoking? I have both! You only have PS4 correct? Or you wouldn’t be making these stupid comments.
And it’s a PREVIEW PROGRAM for a reason! This is the first release of the emulation software! It’ll only get better and better… how is PSN better than Xbox Live??? I really want to know how you came to this conclusion?

    • Robert

PSN is far better than Xbox Live cos there are more hackers hacking PSN service.
      Sony fanboys logic
