Splinter Cell: Conviction goes Socom style! *Spoilers*

As you may know, Splinter Cell: Conviction is just one week away from release.
Fans are filled with hype and can’t wait any longer, though it appears that the stocks have already arrived in most stores as many are getting their hands on the game early. If you’re one of those that would like to experience games spoiler-free, now would be a good time to stay away from Forums and other sites..

Please be warned, Spoilers ahead…

Further in the game, trying not to spoil too much, you’ll be taken back to a battlefield in the Gulf War, and you’re all alone behind enemy lines. The level takes place in Iraq and you’ll be fighting local militia.
This certain level is very much Socom style as the gameplay mechanics differ a bit from the rest of the game.

Below is a 3-minute off-screen (HD) video demonstrating what we just talked about, but please be advised, spoilers at the end of the video..

  • Game looks great, but i think the camera is a bit annoying, it gets too close when its not supposed to.

Hey Daniel, the camera is close in that level only, that’s why i wrote that it went Socom Style. 🙂 The rest of the game is like what was shown in the E3 demo.

  • Oh nice, can’t wait to try out the Co-Op with my friend =)

The Co-Op is Amazing!! One of the best in the history of games. 🙂
