Paul Cuisset, creator of the 1992 hit game Flashback, and indie game studio Microids, will be working together to create a new game- Subject 13. According to the developer, the game, which is an adventure game, will see players interact with the 3D environment around them by collecting, using, and manipulating objects to overcome a multitude of devious barriers to the professor’s (who is the main character) escape.

Over the course of the game, we will expectedly discover just why the professor was kidnapped at all, and be forced to confront tragedies and hidden secrets in his own past.

That’s really all we do know about the game- we don’t know when the game is due, we don’t know what platforms it is coming on, we know nothing else, really. PC as the platform is probably a safe guess (although it might be coming to at least one of the consoles too), though the release date is absolutely up in the air. We’ll keep you posted on it all, though, so stay tuned.
