Super Smash Bros

Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. 3DS is already out in Europe and North America but for those wondering why they can’t jump into multiplayer online, you’ll need to download the day one patch of the game first.

You can head to this Nintendo support page and scan the QR code with your 3DS – which should have the latest firmware – or, according to the publisher, “Starting Nintendo eShop on a Nintendo 3DS system that is displaying Super Smash Bros. on the HOME Menu will show a list of software with update data available, from which you can select and download the update data. On the Super Smash Bros. Ver 1.0.2 page, select ‘Tap Here to Download.’”

Along with enabling multiplayer, “adjustments have also been made to balance the game and make for a more pleasant gaming experience” with the patch.
