Gamasutra reports that Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption publisher Take-Two Interactive might be looking to open a new office downtown in Las Vegas.

Official proposal documents by Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency, Take-Two Interactive is being offered $600,000 if it opens an office in the city. In a similar deal, EA opened a quality assurance facility in Baton Rouge, Louisian in 2008 after they received funding from the state.

The proposed agreement states that the minimum wages for Take-Two employees would be $18 per hour, hinting that this too might be a quality assurance facility.

This new facility, if established, would bring 150 jobs to Las Vegas. The state is providing Take-Two funding for “furnishings, fixtures, equipment and offsite related parking expenses grant”.

Stay tuned to GamingBolt, we will hit you up with more information as it comes out way.
