The Division

Tom Clancy’s The Division opened its Public Test Server for update 1.7 on the PS4 and Xbox One. It’s been live as of 12 AM CET and while Ubisoft Massive has noted problems with delivering keys for American players, it’s working to get invites out by tomorrow.

Global Events are not active on the console PTS but they will go active either today or tomorrow with a recent patch. It will be Outbreak which adds extra headshot damage and Cleaners with toxic effects.

As for Recalibration, it’s deactivated on all platforms due to some issues. Once the issue is resolved, it should go live with PTS 3, which is due to release next week. PTS 3 will be changing how Global Events caches operate and players will pick up Classified Items. While it will come to consoles, there’s no set release date yet.

What are your thoughts on the console PTS for update 1.7 of The Division? Let us know in the comments.
