Despite the fact that Bethesda has announced Elder Scrolls Legends for the iPad and PC, it doesn’t appear we’re going to see another full The Elder Scrolls game for quite a while. Even worse news is that this also means that Skyrim that will be available on current generation consoles. At Gamescom, Bethesda’s VP of Marketing Pete Hines threw the cold water on talk of another The Elder Scrolls coming anytime soon.

Hines said that his company is working overtime on putting Fallout 4 out and that everyone at the firm is devoting all their time to the game. That doesn’t mean the game is the only thing Bethesda is looking at. This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise because the company has been known for only wanting to focus on one game.

The crew that works on these games isn’t really that big when compared to other companies and at the moment it doesn’t appear as though it is going to grow. This size and speed works for the company and if Fallout 4 is as immersive and excellent as it has been billed to be, they’ll be able to live off the title for quite a while.
