Online gaming is a technology rather than a genre; a mechanism for connecting players together rather than a particular pattern of gameplay. Over the past 5 years it has grown to become an important part of our online experience. Some people approach online gaming in a casual manner while others get obsessed with online gaming to the point where not much else in their life matters. Don’t be one of those people you hear about on the news who destroys his relationships, his career, and his credit score, all in the hopes of leveling up.

Why does massively multiplayer online role playing games category have only 3 role playing games and only 2 of them are massively multiplayer?

  • Jay

It should be noted that the infographic says “online games”, not “massively multiplayer online games”. That aside, who still plays Dark Messiah of Might and Magic?

  • You have the pictures for poker and Yoville messed up.

  • World of Warcraft should rank first I suppose. As we all know it has been topping the world of MMORPG. If any of you guys happen to play WoW here, and would want to have a higher level character right away, there are plenty of sites that buy & sell WoW accounts. You can browse & find these sites & buy WoW accounts that you like.
