Yesterday, Naughty Dog held a livestream to show off footage from the upcoming Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta, and thanks to that, we got to see the multiplayer mode of the game in action for the very first time. This livestream gave us over an hour of glorious multiplayer mode footage from the game, which you can see for yourself below. The livestream showed us mysticals, sidekicks, loadouts, and just the general flow of the gameplay.

Generally, since this is planned to be the last Uncharted game, the multiplayer mode will, it seems, have a lot of fan service. This includes the aforementioned Mysticals, such as the Cintamani Stone, The Wrath of El Dorado, and The Staff of Ayar Manco, which each have different effects on the battlefield. Matches are capped at 12 minutes, and have a kill objective of 35.

Uncharted 4 will launch with eight multiplayer mode maps, and the beta will have two of those eight. On the whole, it sounds like this will be as good of a multiplayer mode as the franchise has ever had.
