‘Wait and see’ for Splinter Cell Conviction on PS3

Posted By | On 16th, Apr. 2010

Speaking to VG247 earlier, Ubisoft’s Maxime Béland said that as far as Conviction on the PS3 goes, they will have to wait and see.

The creative director at the developer HQ said, Microsoft “had been wonderful” in supporting the game for the Xbox 360. “We’ll have to see what decisions are made by Ubisoft’s management in the future,” he said. “The decision for Conviction was purely a business move. Microsoft have been wonderful in their support for Conviction.”

Since the game was announced, Ubisoft has made numerous claims that the game would be Xbox 360 and PC exclusive only. However, a CV spotted recently seems to be on the contrary;

The information has since been removed from the site where it was spotted.

The full interview can be seen over at Vg247.

We’ll keep you posted.
