Ubisoft’s open world hacking action adventure game has sold over 4 million copies since its release. This makes Watch Dogs the most successful launch title in the history of Ubisoft. The game received positive reviews across the board including a brilliant 9/10 from us.

“The results we achieved in the first week of launch are amazing and prove Ubisoft’s commitment to developing new blockbuster IP and thoroughly new-gen experiences,” said Darren Bowen, UK Sales Director. Furthermore, the ctOS Mobile has already been downloaded and played by more than one million people.

Ubisoft also confirmed that they will be releasing the Wii U version this fall. This should be sight of relief a lot of Nintendo fans but given that Ubisoft had assured players that the Wii U version will never be cancelled at the first place, the fall release should not really surprise anyone.
