If it weren’t loud enough the first time, then Xbox division boss Phil Spencer has once again said that he apologizes for the issues that Halo: The Master Chief Collection players are facing, along with reasserting 343 Industries’ drive for fixes.

Speaking on Twitter, Spencer said that, “I apologize for the issues. 343 Industries is 100% committed to fixing and make it right for fans.”

Halo: The Master Chief Collection launched in mid-November and though its campaign was as strong as ever, the multiplayer aspect faced a number of issues. Matchmaking problems, lag, unbalanced teams, long waiting times and much more awaited those who picked up the game solely for its multiplayer. Several updates have been released since but there remains work to be done.

The only issue I’ve ever had was on launch day it took a couple min to find matches. The only other thing is team balance issues if people quit while the game is loading but that isn’t the games fault, if people from the other team quit that’s on them. Most games don’t take quoters into account after a match has started.

The fact that they need to keep tweaking shouldn’t be shocking. Its 5 different game engines over 100 maps all beingt matchmade together. It’s probably a pretty complex system and these apologies make it look like its broken when its not. It still is faster than halo 2 or 3 match making ever was so these flaws aren’t exactly deal breakers.
