Microsoft has revealed that those who pre-order the Xbox One in Europe will receive a free digital download of EA Sports’ upcoming FIFA 14. However, it was clarified later that this deal applied only to Day One Editions of the Xbox One and that Standard Editions would not be able to avail of the offer.

However, Microsoft has confirmed that Australia will also be avail of the pre-order offer. This means that those pre-order the console in Australia will receive FIFA 14 for free, via a download code for a copy of the game. Interestingly, this offer will apply to all editions of the console and not just the Day One Edition – which is hilarious considering the confusion that was created in Europe.

FIFA 14 will be launching alongside the Xbox One, with both the console and the game arriving in Australia on November 22nd. FIFA 14 will also be arriving on September 24th in North America and September 26th for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, Wii, PC and more.
