Xbox One: Remedy’s Quantum Break Announced

Something something time.

Posted By | On 21st, May. 2013

Alan Wake developer Remedy had a chance to shine on the Xbox Reveal stage by announcing Quantum Break for the upcoming Xbox One console.

Though not showcasing much by way of gameplay footage, we got to see a ship collide with a bridge and time reversing. This element of time seems to play into other elements of the game, with the tagline, “Time is the fire in which we burn”.

Ambiguous much?

Hopefully this won’t be another case of an intriguing title and vague premise that takes years to get out. It hasn’t been confirmed if this will be a launch title for the platform but considering that its one of the eight new IPs Microsoft has planned for the first year of the Xbox One launch (which will feature 15 exclusives in total), it very well should be.

What are your thoughts on Quantum Break and the Xbox One thus far?
