Firaxis, developers of Civilisation, received an immense measure of good will when it they announced they would be doing a more faithful rendition of the XCOM franchise with XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Now you can get a test of the gameplay with this new interactive gameplay trailer.

According to publisher 2K Games, “This interactive demo illustrates the important choices you will make in XCOM: Enemy Unknown. In the actual game, you will control your XCOM operatives directly”. So you’ll have the full weight of their deaths on your conscious. Take the mock drill till then above.
