Will full negligence on the part of the developers. Anyone who has followed the drug war in Mexico know that they got it completely wrong and on purpose. The message they portrayed was that those involved in human trafficking were coming over the border and stealing women from the US to sell in Mexico. Which is not only incorrect ot makes no sense at all.
