Heavy Rain’s finger cutting was one of the worst violent I’ve ever seen in gaming! Especially if you use a saw, which is disturbing and it’ll really want to make you cry!

I would give Duke Nukem 3D at least honorable mention. One of the first excessively violent gorey games that I can remember, and it’s a fun classic. This is a pretty good list!
