Recore was ok. It could have been better. Sunset Overdrive I didn’t care for it. I care for BC but it’s not a priority for me. I wish PS4 Gad but they don’t. I do use BC on my X as I’m playing Arkham Asylum again. Ruse I have played and liked. I don’t doubt Microsoft. Both systems have crappy games and each have their own strengths and weaknesses. Sony you have to admit dominates the software sales on multiplats. Maybe because of the install base but Sony has dominated since the beginning. Microsoft made too many changes from the original One to the S now the X. Not focusing on software. Meanwhile Sony is just pumping out games and No yendo with their Switch. We will see. I paid $500 for my X and I’m just ok with it. GoW 4 is gorgeous on the X and I’m having fun playing it but I need more for my X

Yes I did. Zoo Tycoon is a darn fun building game. No its not something that will appeal to most, but that doesn’t mean its not fun. Super Lucky Tale is really good platformer as well. Its a heck of a lot better then Knack. Sunset Overdrive was amazing. It got great reviews everyplace as well. If it was on PS4 I’m sure you’d love it. Have you even played Phantom Dust? Like the rest of them, I’m guessing no. That game is a well respected classic that they gave for free. Recore was a really good game, but not great. it definitely could have used a little more time in development to clean the graphics up. At least it was priced at only $40. Rare Replay was amazing. Tons of great classics packed in that thing. Ryse was another really fun launch title. Yeah it could have had a little more added to it like more enemy types, but it was stiil really good and had fun multiplayer. Screamride was another good one no one ever talks about. Graphically it was nothing special, but it had the gameplay.

I’m also looking forward to State of Decay 2. The first was a really fun but graphically sloppy game. This one looks to have an actual budget behind it. I loved the first 2 Crackdown games so I’m looking forward to 3. Sea of Thieves looks great.

PS4 has great stuff as well. I’m not denying that. I own most of those games. Nier is just ok. Granted I haven’t put a ton of time into it, but it feels like a lesser version of Bayonetta with poor graphics. Even on the Pro it looks like a first gen PS3 game. Some of the textures in the game are just plain poor. I’ve seen cleaner textures in Dreamcast games 20 years ago. Bloodborne is a game with niche appeal. I bought it just after launch and can’t say it did much for me. Ratchet and Clank I was never a fan of. Tales of Beseria I own but haven’t touched it for more then 10 mins so I have no opinion. Gravity Rush 2, I didn’t like the Vita version much but haven’t played this one. Nioh is really good.

I would indeed consider the backwards compatible games as exclusives. Playstation fanboys consider the PS2 classics on PS4 exclusives and I would agree. The only real difference is that you actually need to pay an extra $10-15 even if you still own the game. Heck, even some of the games got free X enhancements and look better then ever. Playstation fanboys also consider stuff like Last of Us, and God of War 3 remasters exclusives when the only real differences are a new trophy set, and slight graphic enhancements.

The argument that no one wants backwards compatible games is a bad joke as well. If that were the case then Microsoft wouldn’t support it anymore. Heck, Red Dead Redemptions sales shot up something like 6000% on Amazon after it was made BC. Sony also wouldn’t be releasing so many PS2 games, or push Playstation Now if no one wanted them either. The same goes for all the PS1, and PS2 games on PS3.

Um, the Switch has not sold more then the XBox One yet. Its sold around 10 million while XBox One around 31 million. Incase you don’t know how to count, 31 is bigger then 10. Will it pass XBox One sales? I’m sure it will eventually, but it may be awhile. However, 31 million is still a lot of systems. So far its about on par with the Sega Genesis and will likely pass SNES lifetime sales in 2 years or so.

If I was you and only limited myself to Crapbox, I would go crazy too. Good to know you accepted the fact that your Crapbox One wasnt enough to sustain you. Told you so.

Truth be told Scott, a lot more people own PCs, PS4s, and Nintendo Switches than they own Xbox Ones.
