You know what would help? A picture of the disc!

A misaligned label doesn’t always mean fake. Anytime a game that’s based on a physical copy leaks online it’s usually a misprinted copy that was thrown away and that misprint is the label 99.9% of the time. If the system detect the label off center it automatically gets sent off the production line to the trash.

So without an image and more details on the auction there is no way to even guess if the copy was fake or not. Yes the linked site has it but…why dont you? EBay auctions are public so you are free to use any images.
