You included none of the races from Mass Effect. The Krogran, Assari, and the other many races are well defined and fleshed out to be unique from humanity. The developers clearly invested much time in creating such unique races, each possessing a variety of quarks and distinguishing traits. Also, Dead Space’s Necromorphs are some of the most frightening and well designed alien races ever to occur throughout video game history. I do agree with your choices for the Covenant and Protoss.
