I agree. I hope we see more of Desmond. I’m dying to know where his story is going. Minerva said something about ancient temples and a solar flare. Will we perhaps get to travel into space? I mean, Abstergo is launching a satellite on Dec. 21st 2012. Will Desmond be launched with it? Whatever happens, I hope it’s satisfying enough to compensate for four games worth of cliffhangers.

I would settle for them to make sure everything is still canon… They need some writers that pay attention to all the previous writing to make sense. In the glyphs in AC2 the American troops lining up with George Washington had an Apple in their possession, and now a game involves that same battle. If they don’t stick to the stories or elements they’ve aleady laid down they’ll ruin it.

Dude I love the Desmond story it ads to the whole experience, if it didnt have the desmond story it wouldnt make any sencer (the whole assassin thing) ive been a fan since the first in 07 and i always will! btw sry for bad spelling XD

The Desmond parts in AC are not what I play the game for. I love the series but my Yawn-O-Meter goes off when I have to walk Desmond five paces to watch another cut scene.

No! Not more Desmond, less. Or get rid of the 2012 storyline altogether. I really like how in the last couple of games you could completely ignore the Desmond storyline for most of the game. The whole dual storyline is totally unnecessary; I just want to play an assassin in ye olde days!
