AEW: Fight Forever Gets New Gameplay Footage Featuring Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose

A short gameplay snippet of AEW: Fight Forever has emerged on social media, confirming Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose for the game.

Fans of wrestling games might already be familiar with the AEW console game that’s currently in development at Yuke’s (which was the long-time developer for officially licensed WWE games until Yuke’s took over the franchise’s reigns). While details on the game have remained scant for some time, we now have a brief look at its gameplay.

Along with just over a minute of gameplay footage, it’s also been confirmed that Yuke’s’ upcoming title will be called AEW: Fight Forever. There’s also a close-up look at Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose’s character models, alongside a demonstration of a few moves, which give a rough feel of what the game is going to be like to play.

Of course, it’s still very brief footage, but it already looks so much different than its immediate competitor, the more simulation-based WWE 2K games. We still don’t have any information on AEW: Fight Forever‘s release platforms or release window, although a recent rumour has suggested a window of September of this year. Until then, stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
